Executes a Sophisticated Routing Model Using LeanData

June 11, 2020 Ashley Ward, a Conversation Intelligence platform, needed to establish a relationship between their leads and accounts and then automate how leads were routed through a very complex model. They needed a solution that could put a sophisticated model in place, beyond standard Salesforce functionality, and which wouldn't require hours of additional development time. 

Their Revenue Operations team chose to implement LeanData Matching and Routing, allowing them to match every lead to an account, automatically convert leads to contacts, and automatically assign every lead and contact to the right team member while notifying them of the new assignment. LeanData enables them to easily investigate how records are routed in their system, make immediate adjustments to the model, and easily train others to make updates or hot fixes, without delay.

By implementing LeanData, has avoided hours of third party development time, improved their sales team productivity and improved the integration between their sales and marketing teams.
